This only applies to the romances we saw; not the ones you wanted to see (Chakotay and Janeway) or even where there was some obvious sexual tension (Janeway and Kashyk). Just episodes where there was some genuine sense of romance (requited or unrequited).

Let me know if I missed any.

Personally, I liked Tuvok and Noss a lot and thought their attraction was very convincing. Also really liked Virginia Madsen in Unforgettable and thought that episode explored some interesting ideas. I also voted the ship and the space whale... cos why not.

Tom and Kes' alternative reality daughter marrying Harry was... so wrong.

MULTIPLE VOTE!!

Nice list! I myself couldn't have collected them all together.
Tom and B'Elanna - best relationship ever ... :)
Janeway and Jaffen - she would have deserved a romance so much and Jaffen seems to have been the best candidate (if Chakotay is not on the list, of course).

For me a Tom-Chakotay romance would have been the most intriguing one.

I'm not sure that
there was some genuine sense of romance
between the space whale and Voyager ...:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Janeway and Jaffen - He could have joined Voyager. Their goodbye was bittersweet.

The Doctor and Denara - It was cute watching him fall in love.

Tom and B'Elanna mostly because they had a slow build up. It wasn't suddenly 'Hey..here's these two attractive characters not doing anything. Let's randomly put them together in a single episode!"

I sort of liked Janeway and Jaffen except it was 'Hey I just met you let's move in together' situation. If we had come into their relationship a few months after they had met it might seemed more realistic but then they would have had to rewrite other parts of the episode but apart from that they were alright together.

I don't know why they had to marry Kim off to Tom's daughter in Before and After. I agree...bleah... although Tom and Kes were ok.

I made up my mind, but on the other hand.......

Janeway and Chuckles (at least in Resolutions)
Harry and Libby - not hux' taste, but who knows.

hux, you forgot to mention Kathy and Q - at least from Q's point of view

Or at least Q and Lady Q

I voted for The Doctor and Denara. It was a nice romance and the only one I could find something special in.
I could have voted for Kes and Tom in "Parturition" but here it was in an alternate universe and I'm not sure if it really counts. In that case we could have had Kes and The Doctor in "Projections" as well.

Tom and B'Elanna is OK but sometimes I get the impression that it was created just to show the world that those two still were main characters.

If I had been in my "twisted humor mood", I would have voted for Lizard Janeway and Lizard Paris!
But not this time.

What I would have voted for if possible would have been Janeway and Chakotay.

But most of all Samatha Wildman and Neelix! :rommie:

.

You say that, but that's exactly what my wife did with the bloke she left me for....:wah:

Janeway and Chakotay didn't happen. The shippers are dreaming. She was more likely to fall for the monkey than him. Never gonna happen. Kim and Libby was so monumentally bland, I simply can't acknowledge it.

Tom Paris and Rain Robinson ("Future's End")

Darn. Forgot that one.

Also left out Janeway and Mark but that was never gonna work either.

Tom and Kes for me, there was just something about the little snippet we saw that just seemed like a good fit to me.

Neelix and Kes, their relationship was pleasant. I didn't like any other relationships on that show.

There is something that always makes me smile about hyper human lizard babies. I will defend the awesomeness of Threshold forever, though I really didn't 'ship Tom Paris and Janeway, I do see why others might. For me, I just loved Threshold for it's classic sci-fi-ness...
