Six years ago, our collective hearts broke when Daredevil was prematurely canceled. The only thing that consoled us was the knowledge that the rights reverted back to Marvel after two years. At the time, those two years felt like forever.

But, now, after supporting appearances in No Way Home, Hawkeye, She-Hulk, and Echo (as well as an early bumpy production that mind-boggling didn't include Karen and Foggy), Daredevil and Kingpin are finally returning in their own series.

Just two more months of waiting to go...

Yeah, I'm excited for this

Having not kept up with the MCU over the past couple of years I was wondering if a new DD would be less dark and violent than the netflix show, and if the old continuity would be waved away. But this trailer suggests it really will be DD season 4, which is exactly what I've wanted.

I binged the entire Defender Series less than 2 years ago. I'm ready for this.

It might be a good idea to watch Hawkeye and Echo before Born Again starts. It's not clear right now how much it'll build off of them, but Kingpin is a pretty big part of them and Born Again is after them.

Not a surprise, but don't expect any connections to No Way Home or She-Hulk, per showrunner Dario Scardapane:

I have plenty of leeway up until I hit the larger-scale plan for the MCU. So I try to ignore some stuff [from the wider universe]. We establish a very specific Daredevil, both in terms of his dilemma, down to the suit and where we're picking him up in his life. You can say that 'Daredevil' is canon in the MCU, those other events [in 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' and 'She-Hulk'] happened, but some of them we are not leaning into. His one-night stand with She-Hulk may be one of those things.

Which the click chasers at CBR spin as "Daredevil: Born Again Showrunner Says Series Disregards She-Hulk"

Damn, they are pathetic.

Not to surprised, it would have been a bit weird to deal with She-Hulk when there's such a tonal difference between the two. My only complaint with that is that we're probably not going to see the She-Hulk suit again, which I really liked.

We'll at least see the helm on display once but I agree it's unlikely we'll see Matt wear it again during this season.

New teaser. Tried to find a YouTube link but couldn't find one.

Yeah, they were teased in the first trailer. I imagine Matt picked up one or few since the Netflix series (including during the Blip if he lived...).

I'm not sure if we knew this before but the teaser says we get two episodes on March 4. Shut up and get here already, March!

I don't see myself watching this. I did like Season One. But my dislike of both Seasons Two and Three has led me to dislike the Daredevil character altogether. I'll give it a pass.
