Daniel Biringer Blueprints

I think that is lovely…killer side view.

I think the “Star Trek: Secrets of the Universe” also had a huge flat generation/sleeper ship next to an image of the 09’ JJ-Prise:

It had octagonal segments as I recall.

Maybe call ship in your blueprints a differential drive?

A Casimir-plate something-or-other…

Still nothing on the “Dark Viking?”

Not been able to find anything on "Dark Viking" I'm afraid. Did find a few Cinefex archives and trawled through them but got nowhere. Nothing on the internet, not even a hint.

I did find that Allie Clay Peed III died in 2017 alas, a long time Star Trek fan, left his mark in the three blueprint sets he produced. More than I will ever do and I have them all. I salute you sir (Vulcan salute, obviously).

Having fun combining Vadenda superfreighters and Voltara tenders at the moment, good RPG opportunities there. Note that Voltara tenders are nothing like chicken tenders.

Don't have a scanner large enough, they're big blueprints, 14 by 22 inches (36 x 56 cm).

The Gorn ship and the Dreadnought are both on the Cygnus X-1 blueprints site, as are the Voltara. I've actually got a few blueprints and size-comparison charts that are not on that site, it's pretty good, but doesn't have everything.

Those other views of Apache are most definitely not what Guenther intended. The linked multiview is by someone else - probably the late Neale Davidson. Guenther never shared the other views he had in mind.

Yes, it's from Neale Davidson/Vance's work that this comes, it's also in the Vance's Schematics page on the Cygnus X-1 blueprint site. Thank you for clarifying that. I wonder what the ship was intended to look like.

I didn't know that we had lost Mr. Davidson. Is Todd Guenther still with us?

Yes, Todd is alive and well.
