Excuse me if this doesn't go here...Its not a game, its not really a full-blown conversation about anything important. Its just...something random my online friend sent me.

I put my photo in and the result? I have ZERO clue about who any of these people are. Whos the weird old guy?

I just thought if anyone wanted to toss their picture in too then they can.

He played Alfred in "Batman Begins" and "Dark Knight," among a whole mess of other things. At the moment I'm picturing him as Scrooge from "A Muppet Christmas Carol."

Joaquin Phoenix: Gladiator, Signs, The Village, Hotel Rwanda, Walk the Line.

Gerard Depardieu: virtually every American movie where there's a Frenchman and he's not Jean Reno.

Sir Michael Fucking Caine: too many to mention, including in the last decade Batman Begin and The Dark Knight, The Prestige, The Quiet American, The Cinder House Rules. He's one of the paragon stones of British cinema.

I confess I have no idea who Henrik Larsson is (wiki says he's a soccer player).

Most movies on that list are brilliant. I recommend watching them if you have the opportunity. Especially those with Daniel Day-Lewis: he's incredibly talented.

I just played around with this thing. My best match was Jenna Elfman at 73%. I actually do look a lot like her (albeit shorter!). But then it suggested two Asian actresses (Maggie Cheung and Kim Hee-Sun), an old Russian chess player (Anatoly Karpov) and Naomi Watts. I am not Asian, nor am I an old Russian man. So other than the first, reasonable pick, I think it's on crack.

I never believe these things. I used a photo that was taken at last year's Worldcon (about nine months ago, so it's probably the most recent picture in which you can see my entire face), and it listed Wayne Brady, John Ritter, Kurt Russell, a bunch of guys I've never heard of and a bunch of women (including Meryl Streep, which seems to be a common result no matter what photo I use).

John Ritter I can sort of see. The others - not so much.

I've been told by a number of people that I resemble John Simm (who played the Master on Doctor Who, and was in the UK version of Life On Mars). So during Celebrity Doppleganger Week on Facebook, I used a picture of him as my profile picture. An old high school friend messaged me to ask if I'd been losing weight, so I guess the people who say I look like him must be right.
