Anyone have / use the Star Trek cookbook?

I'm wondering if anyone has and uses the Star Trek cookbook. I got it for Christmas and tried out the Denobulan sausages tonight. They were good! Although next time I will use pork, not beef, hot dogs.

I don't have the Star Trek Cookbook, but I do have the old Starfleet Cooking Manual. The Klingon section does not include recipes for rokeg blood pie or gagh. Which should not be at all surprising, given that canonical Klingon cuisine didn't exist during the Bantam era.

That's amazing!
We got the cookbook (and lots more). But my partner tends to accumulate cookbooks and not make anything of them...
I'll have a look at the Denobulan sausage recipe. If it's easy enough for "I can heat pizza in the oven"-me, I could rope my cooks-dinner-everyday other half into it.

I have the OG one, which was supposedly written by Nurse Chapel after the 5 year mission. I keep meaning to try the cocktails.

I'm going to try the Krada leg skewers either tonight or tomorrow. My wife's nervous about the anchovies in them, but I'm intrigued.

I have the Neelix one (how many are there?); I got it and the first Star Wars cookbook as a gift. I never made anything out of the Trek one but I did make TIE fighters and "Yoda soda" from the Star Wars one.
