Aren't they all? Except for the WITNESS tie-in novel? I've never read much else in this field....
It depends on which authors you read. I mostly read Christian fiction authors.
I'd only read clean Amish fiction if the Amish were aliens in disguise here to learn about the earth and if their education included mating with the natives. Which, let's be real, any proper alien field trip would include.
Check out the "Peril In Plain Space" series. I haven't read the books myself.

It depends on the bishop. The use of technology is not forbidden always, but whether or not it benefits the community as a whole. It cannot strictly benefit one person, and always must be in regards to the community.
Also, they have printed books, and use the wheel and plow which would be considered technology too
Yes, my wife and I are.
A lot of it is written by non-Amish authors. The obsession with Amish stuff satisfies readers' longing for a simpler life. They even did an Arthur episode about wanting to incorporate old-fashioned Amish ways of doing things into our lives.
