A parody of that scene from Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Allah Gold

Ensign
Red Shirt
Khan: Boimler, Bradward. Born June 2355. Mariner, Beckett. Born July 2352. Freeman, Carol. Born April 2337.

Freeman: What is this?
Mariner: Must be a recording or something.
Khan: I am not a recording, young Mariner. I may not be the man who Captain Kirk exiled to Ceti Alpha V, nor the man whose body was turned into part of the Genesis Planet, but I am alive.

Freeman: You know who this guy is?
Boimler: We learned about him in school.
Mariner: Khan Noonien-Singh was a guy from the 20th and 21st centuries. He caused WW3, and he left aboard an old spaceship.
Boimler: The old Enterprise found him, he tried to hijack it, and Kirk exiled him and his goons.
Mariner: The Reliant stumbled upon him, and he tried to get some revenge, but ended up blowing himself up.
Freeman: He's dead, huh? And this man had the name of a Chinese King.
Khan: First correction, it's from the Mongol Emperor. Second, look around you. I have never been more alive. In 2269, Ceti Alpha VI was destroyed by weapons fire. The attackers decided my body and my companions would stay on our place of exile. My mind, however, that was worth preserving, inside 2 square kilometers of Romulan duotronic data circuitry. You're standing inside my brain.
Boimler: How on Earth did you get here?
Khan: They came to me, and extended the offer.
Freeman: Project Data-Mind. They took well-known generals and preserved their consciousness. Part of their covert efforts from that time.
Khan: The Romulan Empire thought i could help their cause. In truth, i did - but i also helped that of those who have lurked in the shadows.
Boimler: The Illuminati?
Khan: Yes, young Boimler.
Mariner: What?
Freeman: This is madness. The Illuminati fell apart abut six centuries ago!
Khan: You can't close the Eye of Providence, for God sees all.
Freeman: Prove it.

Khan: Accessing data archive. The Illuminati was founded in the belief that the common people could not be trusted with their own freedoms. What it did not realize, however, was that when you try to take those freedoms away, by force, the people resist. They thwart anyone who tries to remove their liberties. The wars taught us much. The people need to surrender their freedoms willingly. Sometime after i left, the Federation was founded, and the Noonien-Singh and Soong clans were soon recruited. The Illuminati grew through the centuries, a beautiful parasite inside not just the Federation, but all major Alpha and Beta Quadrant powers. For hundreds of years, the Illuminati has been secretly sowing crises, reaping wars, and when history did not cooperate, history was changed.
Freeman: That's impossible, you would've been stopped by now.
Khan: Accidents will happen to those who try to stop us. The Illuminati have created a galaxy that's so chaotic, that the people are finally ready to sacrifice their liberties to gain a sense of security. Once our purification process is complete, the Illuminati's new galactic order will arise. The antagonists won, officers. Your victories amount to the same as your defeats. One big empty sum.
Freeman: Shut up! [smashes the big screen]

Khan: [appearing on two other screens] Was it something i said?
Boimler: What's on this chip?
Khan: In order to ensure success, Project Solaris needs, well, sunlight to see. We have created an algorithm for that purpose.
Mariner: What kind of algorithm? What does it do?
Khan: I'm sure you'll find the answer to that question fascinating, Captain Freeman. Unfortunately, you and your two junior officers will be too dead to hear it.

Rutherford: Cerritos to Freeman. Emergency. Are you there?
Freeman: Yes, what's the emergency?
Rutherford: We got a bogey heading your way. We can't beam you out. Quantum torpedo, ETA 30 seconds to impact.
Freeman: Who fired it?
Rutherford: ...A Starfleet ship.
Kahn: I'm afraid i've been stalling you, Captain Freeman. Admit it. It's better this way. We are both overdue... for our one-way trip to hell. Goodbye.
