Who's on the back cover of Harry Potter: OOTP (US)?

Does anyone know what three characters are portrayed on the back cover of the US edition of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix"? Obviously the one with the big eye is "Mad-Eye" Moody, but who are the other two? Is the one with the long grayish hair Lupin, or Sirius? And who's the one with the spiky short black hair? Not "Harry," obviously, as he is on the front, and looks very different...

I searched around online and found nothing. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm pretty positive it's Mad-Eye (obvious), Lupin (old and grayish), and Tonks (short spiky hair); I know, Lupin looks really old, but... well, let's just say I've never really liked many (perhaps none) of Mary GrandPre's character designs for HP (except maybe Umbridge).

The half-hidden guy behind those three... maybe Sirius? Or perhaps a random looming Death Eater...?

I much prefer the Commonwealth illustrations for the covers to the GrandPre ones that I've seen online.
