West Wing Quote

Need a little help here and I'm hoping that with everyones vast knowledge I can find a particular West Wing quote. The problem is of course I don't remember the quote but I do remember the setup. And before you say Google it, I did. I in fact waded through the entire West Wing quote section on Wikiquote but could not find it.

So here it is, They are preparing a speech for President Bartlet. They are thinking about using an obscure word in the speech but are considering removing it. However they decided to keep it because it would cause people to look it up in a dictionary and they don't dumb down their speech. I may have a few of the details wrong, but thats pretty much it.

Any help would be invaluable.
