Web hosting for sims/RPGs?

Long gone are the days when you could just make a yahoo group for your Trek sim and have that be good enough. GeoCities and the "classic" free hosting sites have likewise long since vanished.

What are the options today, if like me, you're currently unable to pay for web hosting? Google Sites? Anything else?

Is anyone famililar with Utopia-Host? I see a lot of sims with that domain, and they say they offer free hosting, but what is it like?

Top of my head:

http://byethost.com/

http://www.heliohost.org/home/

You can also check out http://www.free-webhosts.com/ to shop around and compare.

st-bob.com has several sims of choice, all forum based I believe. I'm a member of Starbase Haven myself (under the same name as here) but I've been absent lately as I've been focusing on school. It is a great and close knit group, just let them know I sent you if you decide to join and they will welcome you with open arms.

Well, actually, they'd welcome you with open arms even if I didn't tell you about it...

Edit: Also, the owner of the forum hosts it himself and is more then willing to offer a small, slightly dusty corner of his interwebs to anyone wishing to go through the hell of admining a sim.
