I am rewatching it now. Currently on season 8. Love it even more the second time. Anyone want to start a new discussion about the great show?

I have a question to start.

Which character(s) did they kill to soon?

My answers are Abraham and Carl. Abraham was a great and under used character. He could have taken a leadership role after Rick left.

Carl should have never died. I don't think the powers that be would have killed him off if they knew Andrew Lincoln was leaving the next season. I would gave loved him and Lydia together.

We could have even had a Carl/Lydia spinoff.

Who was an underrated character on TWD?

Mine was Rosita. She was under written at first. She was basically eye candy and Abraham's girlfriend at first.

But boy did she become a key and interesting character. She was a bad ass. She also was quite easy on the eyes. But that is not why she was a great character. I loved that she became part of security at the Commonwealth. I am glad she lasted to the end but her death was still hard.

In order to do this, they have to reduce the budgets of TV series. But they could also do this with anthology series like Tales of the Walking Dead, that's fine.

They are planning to make a 16 episode TV series for the season. It will either be an antilogy or they will make a 16 episode low budget Fear The Walking Dead sequel TV series.
