United Nations warns public about Cybernetic Torture

Just a public service announcement to consider while you're on government imposed lock-down.

Most people missed the news from the United Nations Human Rights Council that a new category of torture has been designated by the special rapporteur on torture, Dr. Nils Melzer.

Dr. Melzer says cybernetic torture (cyber torture) involves the use of information and communications technology AND nano, medical implants, neurotechnological devices (neuroweapons), A.I., pharmaceutical and biomedical science, stun belts, and robots. Dr. Melzer expressed great concern that these technologies could be used by governments against their citizens which is exactly what’s happening.

Thousands of people from around the world are reporting attacks with advanced technology, like the kind used against the U.S. embassy staff in Cuba, and gang stalking crimes. Gang stalking methodically destroys a person’s life and sanity and is reportedly the psychological weapon of choice when it comes to making victims of cyber torture appear delusional.

Mainstream media is promoting this misinformation which is a catastrophic injustice. This video proves unequivocally that gang stalking is real using real life video footage captured by victims.

Retired Technical Leader for Intelligence for the NSA, William Binney (who led 6000 people) and two other retired NSA veterans Kirk Wiebe and Karen Stewart, are trying to bring attention to the issue.

Please watch this informative video and share!

Real footage, okay. "Proves unequivocally", not so much.
Skimming through it:
  • I saw one woman taking video of a guy with a T-shirt that says "You can run but you can't hide."
Great: I've got a friend with a T-shirt that says "Paddle faster, I hear banjos."
  • Another took video of a white dot and said it was a drone.
  • Others were being followed by creepy wackos. Not gangstalkers by apparent evidence, just the regular kind.
100 minutes may be a little long for the skeptical to wade through. Perhaps you can point us to which timestamps of the video have proof rather than pareidolia?

I have this policy that if anyone is reporting on 'gang stalking' (and the related term, being a 'targeted individual') that it's to be dismissed, automatically. It's one of those things that seems like it happens and gets gish-galloped it's not even funny. It's just people with legit mental issues thinking they're the center of a bad, bad world, woe is them.

Well sorry OP but the world doesn't work that way, gangstalking is not a thing that happens to nobodies like you or me, and that's just the end of it.

The latest news about this Dr guy is from...Sputnik. Right. And that is about psychological torture from the CIA and MkUltra, e.g, some of the oldest stuff we already know. I'm not even going to link them, but it's easily found.

You're misrepresenting the video.

The video says clearly that every victim reported being gang stalked multiple times by multiple people. None of those clips are isolated incidents for the victims.

And you're not in a position to dictate what a regular whacko is from a serious whacko. All of the gang stalkers you're referring to in that video are out of their freaking minds whacko and dangerous (like the gang stalker who flashes a knife at the guy sitting in his car).

Real gang stalking is a science. It's about repeating the assault over and over and building up immense stress in the victim but not doing something so overt that gets the gang stalker caught. All a gang stalker needs to do is make sure you notice him/her following you. Then another gang stalker takes over and makes sure you see them following you. Then another takes over and winks at you, and then another looks right into your eyes and winks. Who do you think you're going to complain to if something like that happens? The police? lol

The NYTimes is making people like you think any crime that isn't supported by video evidence is a delusion. It only takes a few interactions like the one I described above to make you think holy freaking crap, what's going on. After a few weeks of it you're frightened beyond belief and expect to be killed at any moment. That's the place gang stalkers like to keep their victims... in complete and utter fear. It's so psychotic you can't believe anyone would ever do it (just like any other major crime) but they do and it's a BIG BIG problem. Many say it's what's responsible for triggering a lot of spree killers. This is hard-core psychological torment and could be government sponsored (which is what the UN is warning and what the guy who almost became a gang stalker said in the video).

The video is a godsend because it actually catches gang stalkers in the act which is really hard to do unless you walk around with a hidden camera that catches everything in your vision 24 hours a day. You can't expect better evidence than what the video provides.

And the movie is a documentary and was created to be watched in its entirety not to be toggled though like like a porn movie.

I'm not going to automatically dismiss it, and I'm not chalking it all up to delusions. But extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

This came from the UN, so "meh."
There's no link in the OP to any statements from the UN. A request to please share this video with your friends is typical of spam emails. With the OP no longer with us, it's hardly worth my time to wade through to separate the pseudoscience from whatever bits and pieces of real science might or might not be in the OP post, and nor is there any incentive to watch the OP's video. But, again, no, this, the OP, did not come from the UN.
