Trivia Question

This may have happened more than once, but I know that it's a cliche that at various times Kirk asks Scotty to "give me more power (or warp speed)" and Scotty answers, "She's gonna blow" or something like that, but also I remember a specific exchange where Scotty replies words to the effect that, "She wasn't made to go this fast."

Does anyone recognize this quote and can identify where/when it was said?

In the episode, Marvick goes insane and somehow propels the ship past maximum warp speeds where it ends up in a dimensional void.

In "That Which Survives", when the Enterprise jumps into double-digit warp speeds, Scotty says "That ship's not meant to take that speed for any length of time."
