Plenty of ships were brought back or introduced on Star Trek: Voyager, including the TV show and related novels, comics and games. Hopefully, there's enough potential for this discussion for such an old show.
I've included a <Spoilers> tag so we can discuss VOY-related ships introduced in new releases.
Let's start! I have questions. Does Admiral Owen Paris' fleet in 2378 have some designation? Does the battle with the Borg sphere have a name, like "Battle at the transwarp aperture"? Do any primary or secondary sources establish some of the names for the ships present?
From VOY: Endgame and its CGI models we got:
Sphere 638, Borg sphere
USS Voyager, armored Intrepid class
USS Bonchune, Nebula class
USS Challenger, Galaxy class
USS Prometheus, Prometheus class
Was the Defiant class model still labelled as USS Defiant?
Other present classes include Akira, Excelsior, Miranda and Steamrunner (according to Memory Alpha).
In the VOY novel "Homecoming", set in the First Splinter alternate timeline, the Sovereign-class USS Enterprise-E was present. Voyager spent about a fortnight traveling to Earth, to allow crew and relatives to acclimatise to their return.
