It's time we wheeled this thing out once again: the fun and entertaining test to see where in the Inferno of Dante Alighieri's The Divine Comedy you will end up.
The last time it was run, it took place in this thread way back in the dim and distant 2009:

The original thread has been lost in the mists of time and deletion.
With a lot of new members and new frequent posters in this place since then, and of course seeing as it's now 2012, it's time to see where we'll all end up by Christmas this year.
Here is that online quiz: http://www.4degreez.com/misc/dante-inferno-test.mv
(note that recently the website has been playing up for me, although I've managed to get it working this week)
This is what I got:
Once again, I remain stuck in Limbo. I must be doing something right - this is just what I got the last two times.
My profile has changed, however:
Purgatory (Repenting Believers) Low
Level 1 - Limbo (Virtuous Non-Believers) Extreme
Level 2 (Lustful) Low
Level 3 (Gluttonous) High
Level 4 (Prodigal and Avaricious) Low
Level 5 (Wrathful and Gloomy) Moderate
Level 6 - The City of Dis (Heretics) High
Level 7 (Violent) Low
Level 8 - The Malebolge (Fraudulent, Malicious, Panderers) Low
Level 9 - Cocytus (Treacherous) Very Low
Compared to last time, I've got a more pronounced gloomy, wrathful and heretical edge to my sinning than before, on top of my virtuous and non-believing nature. Fascinating how things turn out.
Descriptions for each level are at http://www.4degreez.com/misc/dante-inferno-information.html
So... for a bit of fun, have a go, and see where in the Inferno of Dante you end up! If you've done this before, do it again and see if things have changed since last time. Are you a little bit nicer this time, or even more devilish?

You are one of the lucky ones! Because of your virtue and beliefs, you have escaped eternal punishment. You are sent to the First Level of Hell - Limbo!
First Level of Hell - Limbo
Charon ushers you across the river Acheron, and you find yourself upon the brink of grief's abysmal valley. You are in Limbo, a place of sorrow without torment. You encounter a seven-walled castle, and within those walls you find rolling fresh meadows illuminated by the light of reason, whereabout many shades dwell. These are the virtuous pagans, the great philosophers and authors, unbaptised children, and others unfit to enter the kingdom of heaven. You share company with Caesar, Homer, Virgil, Socrates, and Aristotle. There is no punishment here, and the atmosphere is peaceful, yet sad.
Once again, I remain stuck in Limbo. I must be doing something right - this is just what I got the last two times.
