Suzie Plakson

Whizkid

Commander
Red Shirt
I profess my undying love, not even Stovokor would change it, for Dame Suzie Plakson. (Why can't Trekkies give Titles?) Who played:

K'Ehleyr (Alexander's mother and Worf's partner), tragic role.

Selar: smart, vertical, mostly unspoken role,

Tarah: ....

And the female Q:

Just imagine going up against John de Lancie. Only Suzie Plakson could have done it. Otherwise you'd have to bring in Meryl Streep. But Star Trek was made on a budget, constantly in the fear of being canceled.

I met her at a Creation Con in NJ and found her to be utterly delightful. She was pleased that I wanted to talk about the sitcom she was in, "Love and War," rather than Trek for a while. I thanked her for her time and for the hours of entertainment. She touched my arm and said no, thank YOU. :adore:
it was lovely to meet me! :)

My bad. Sorry. (Morbid thought: if it were an obit, there would have been dates). But yeah. Apologies for startling you.
