Star trek Uniform creator?

On a thread below, I asked the Trek BBS gang to deliver a Starship Plaque generator, and they delivered above and beyond.

Contains multiple layers, allowing for all the different Symbols to be used, even in conjunction with each other.

Now I know there is a chance for some uniform customisation in STO but any chance someone could create a trek Uniform photoshop template so people (i.e. me) could create amalgam uniforms composed of elements of various different era costumes inc baggy tos pants, different communicators, different collars etc?

We could even have a competition where the best uniforms are selected for praise and the worst for ridicule.

Bump for great justice.

I would like this creator to have:

• all the different communicators (Ones from Parallels, alt futures etc)
• Regular trousers and the baggy ones from TOS/TMP. (or skirts).
• All the different uniform colours
• different collars.
• Customisable colours.
• And parts from ST: Hazard team
