Isn’t it obvious the watcher is Guinan, especially with the name drop of “Yesterday's Enterprise”?

I guess in Alt-2401 she’d fled Earth a long time ago hence no attempt to seek her out. Maybe they could have had a scene where they then go excavate Data’s head from the 2402 SF caverns and carry him around like Hamlet.

maybe the divergence point is Adam Soong finding Data’s head in the early 21st century. Maybe Data’s head is the watcher.

I don't think so based on trailer editing. I think the watchers are the people we've seen with white eyes in the trailers, but the specific watcher he's looking for is Laris.

I'm looking forward to seeing how more of the mystery unravels and the twists an the turns with the characters with all the time travel and whether Guinan will show up again .And Q causing more trouble for Picard and crew.And how is Picard going to find Laris again too. And also what happens to Elnor and where's Soji gone too in all this time travel confusion?

Actually, it's pretty obvious. Those aren't Vulcans we see in the flashback scenes. They're Mintakans, looking for their god. The watcher is... The Picard.

The combined Holorios will jolt the ship to throw them off their feet and confuse them, then split itself into 10 copies to quickly overpower them.
