Solar storms, sunspots, and auroras, oh my!

I am so far south that even though the aurora forecast covers almost all of the country, I am outside the forecasted area.

Oh well, it was a great place to be for the eclipse a month ago, so I can’t complain too much. :)

It's too :censored: cloudy here.

Thanks, rain. Thanks, wildfire smoke. And even without those, thanks, light pollution. :angryrazz::angryrazz::angryrazz:

A friend who lives in southern Ontario posted a beautiful picture, though.

Really? I’m in southern Ontario and I didn’t see anything. :(
He did say he hadn't taken the picture himself. A friend in Truro also posted a picture (not taken by her). So I guess you had to be in just the right place at the right time.

We're nearly completely overcast now, with clouds and wildfire smoke. Some people were moving into the building today, which means the front doors were kept open for several hours. So now there's smoky air circulating around indoors. :angryrazz:
