This is the crew of the Constitution-class starship, USS Endeavor NCC-1716, circa 2274. The ship features a prototype bridge for the refit Constitution-class, which was only used on a handful of other vessels (primarily of the Jefferies subclass; in this case, the Endeavor is a Constitution-refit class). The crew seen here are wearing a new type of uniform which will eventually be replaced by the "monster maroons" of 2278, but for now these uniforms are a variant of the primary 2270s uniforms, only with more prominent division colors featured.
The crew, from left to right, are as follows:
Commander Zeneki, the Saurian Ship's first officer
Lt. Orci, the ship's Bolian Chief Engineer
Commander Zed Cromwell, ship's science officer
Captain Jason Nathaniel Lewis
Doctor Kathy Lawana, ship's Chief Medical Officer
Ensign Delaney Phillips, the Betazoid ship's navigator
Ensign B'Bados, the ship's Caitian Security Chief
BEHIND THE SCENES:
This is my crew from Star Trek Online, edited into the Phase II Bridge on Roddenberry Archive. The uniforms are TMP era ones inspired by the look of the costumes used in the classic 70s sci fi series "SPACE: 1999", with the department colors from the first Trek film. I took still images of the crew in the uniform customizer on Star Trek Online, then green screened them onto a still image taken from the Roddenberry Archive Phase II bridge. I even cut out a duplicate helm console and superimposed it onto the crew to add a sense of depth.
