Rose McGowan was a guest star on Tuesday night's episode of Law & Order: SVU. I don't know if she thought the character called for it, but she spent almost the whole episode pursing her lips trying to be seductive. It drove me nuts!! Does she always do that? I wanted to see the movie Conan, but I will be very distracted if Rose McGowan pursing her lips the whole time!
