ROMULAN STAR EMPIRE [SES S'TASK]
Known for their cunning, secrecy, and militaristic culture, the Romulans are closely related to Vulcans, as both species share a common ancestry, but their societies developed in very different ways. Romulans value loyalty to their empire above all else and are often portrayed as nationalistic and xenophobic. They are governed by the Romulan Star Empire, which is hierarchical and led by the Praetor and the Senate. Unlike the logical and emotion-suppressing Vulcans, Romulans are deeply passionate and emotional, though they hide these emotions behind a façade of control.
* SES S'TASK
The SES S'Task is a d'Deridex-B Class Warbird serving the Romulan Empire. Named after the student of Surak, the first leader of the Romulan race, the S'Task holds great value for all Romulans everywhere. The S'Task's main duty is to patrol the Delta Quadrant while trying to hold diplomatic ties with their fairly new Federation allies. This is not always easy as disagreements between the Empire and the Federation occur. Due to the current diplomatic relations, the SES S'Task brings a new and thrilling atmosphere to the Star Trek RPG World.
This is a play by email (pbem) RPG. All interactions happen thru emails which are sent to an email message server.
Players must be adults [over 18y] to apply. Characters must also be at least 18y.
Romulans have a five years mandatory military service called D'TALLA. But what does it mean in game?
If a Romulan needs to serve for 5y before becoming a citizen and thus being able to apply for the Galae Academy (4y course), the minimum age for a Romulan Officer to graduate from the academy would be 27years (joins D'Talla at 18y + 5y D'Talla + 4y Academy = 27)
You can join with an younger character but depending on the age, it might have to serve as a uhlan (crewmembers/recruit) doing the mandatory service or as a Cadet.
