I'm guessing this weeks but I don't know for sure. Reviewers on twitter started talking about receiving the screener for episode 9 last week, although they could have received both.

Ooof. When the subtitles spoiled Jack's visions I really hoped it wasn't that AGAIN. But I guess they can do it on the cheap since they've got the props etc from season one.

It depends on how the Q appearance is done, assuming it does happen. Q not dying wouldn't surprise me and wouldn't take away from last season for me necessarily. In fact, it could make it more poignant. Not only that, Q could go back an forth through time at will so this could be Q at an earlier point in time. Perhaps he did what he did last season to ensure that Picard gets a happy ending this season.
