Whether it’s the anime, TCG, video games, or Go?

I was a huge fan of the anime when it started but stopped watching by the early 2000’s. I had a small card collection but never played.

Last year I decided to start collecting again. I’m proud to say I’m near to completion.

I also got back into the anime starting with Indigo League and the nostalgia is hitting me HARD.

RIP Rachael Lillis.

Last week I bought the Battle Academy set and I’ve played three games so far. Despite losing HORRIBLY I’m having so much fun!

I'm not a huge fan but I watched the original anime, saw the first movie in theaters, and played one of the original games during the very brief time I had a Gameboy, and I think I played at least a couple of the console games. My most recent experience with the franchise was the Detective Pikachu movie, which I thought was great. I'm hoping we get either a direct sequel or at least something else set in the movie's world.

I loved the Detective Pikachu movie! I think a sequel was going to happen but then it got shelved. They did release a Detective Pikachu video game last year but I’m not a gamer so it’s lost on me.
