For me, the one line that never fails to crack me up is from Airplane!: "Stewardess? I speak Jive." I don't know why, but someone just has to say that line and I start cracking up!

For the one scene- Spaceballs and the "Asshole" exchange. Also, the rival anchormen's street fight in Anchorman.

Keenan Wynn's entire interaction with Peter Sellers regarding the Coca Cola machine in Dr. Strangelove is absolutely priceless. Also, Sterling Hayden's initial "bodily fluids" speech in the same movie. And George C. Scott's accidental somersault. Really, the whole thing.

Every time I see that scene I want to fall over dead with laughter. Also memorable is his chat with the Vatican Priest. "These are just... nice stories!" LOL
