One scene or line from any movie...

Kira's Mom

Fleet Admiral
Admiral
...that makes you laugh just by thinking about it.

For me, the one line that never fails to crack me up is from Airplane!: "Stewardess? I speak Jive." I don't know why, but someone just has to say that line and I start cracking up!:guffaw:

For the one scene- Spaceballs and the "Asshole" exchange. Also, the rival anchormen's street fight in Anchorman.

Anchorman fight!

Jive talkin'!

I'm surrounded by Assholes!

And add clips if you can find 'em.

That's easy. The bar scene exchange from Weird Science beginning with drunk ass Gary saying "Fats, man, let me tell you my story. Last year I was crazy insane for this little 8th grade bitch" on through the remainder of the scene. That's some of the best dialog John Hughes ever wrote.

Keenan Wynn's entire interaction with Peter Sellers regarding the Coca Cola machine in Dr. Strangelove is absolutely priceless. Also, Sterling Hayden's initial "bodily fluids" speech in the same movie. And George C. Scott's accidental somersault. Really, the whole thing.

Crazy insane?!

The scene in Life of Brian where John Cleese tries to start up a revolutionary fervor by asking "name one thing the Romans ever gave to us". By the time the tenth wonderful improvement the Romans made to Jewish society is rattled off the look on Cleese's face is priceless.

"Hey look!.. you're hair's on fire!"
-Religulous

Also the scene where Maher plays a Street bum talking bout the Tenets of Scientology while Gnarl's Barkley's "Crazy" plays on the soundtrack. Every time I see that scene I want to fall over dead with laughter. Also memorable is his chat with the Vatican Priest. "These are just... nice stories!" LOL

"I will devote the rest of my life to that other great mystery of the universe...women."

-Doc Brown in BTTF part II

"you wanna see my trouser-snake?"
"what's a trouser-snake?"

from Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.

that or

"if we must fight, let us do it in dub!" from Wayne's World 2

That one, and "He's not the Messiah. He's a very naughty boy!"

There are far too many, but one off the top of my head from Dumb & Dumber-

"It's ok. I'm a limo driver!"

I think the "We have no food..." speech from that movie is hilarious. Carrey is trying very hard, and not quite succeeding, to keep from laughing while delivering it!

Of course the parrot thing was just great

The Great Outdoors, the bedroom scene between John Candy's character & the wife. He's packin' up to leave the cabin, she's tryin' to get him to stay.

"What about the kids?"

"What about his kids? His kids are weird, they're spooky. I keep waiting for their heads to spin around and vomit pea soup!"

"I meant our kids."

"Our kids already do that."

"What does God need...with a starship?" Just the way Shatner delivers that line and the look on Kirk's face when he says it is classic Kirk to me and makes me laugh every time I see it. Best piece of dialouge in Star Trek V.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.

When Steven Martin is bein' "Rupert"...the dinner scene with Michael Caine a prospective mark is priceless, but the cork on the fork is a great sight gag.

And, of course...

"Excuse me, may I go to the bathroom first?"

"Of course."

*pause, look of relief on Martin's face*

"Thank you."
