Old AOL Archive Short Story about City on the Edge of Forever

I am looking for an old posting that was on AOL Star Trek forums a LONG time ago. It was a short story of what time looked like AFTER McCoy changed it in the past. Does anyone have a copy of that short story?
It was titled "Millions will die who did not die before"

Sgt G...no, wasn't your story...although...have you thought of being a full-time writer? Wow...for a short story, that was really good. Thanks for all the help people are doing to shuffle this post around. The story was a short one on AOL's old Star Trek Group that had to do with the history of McCoy ending up in the past...what had transpired...until Kirk & Co showed up to prevent him from making the changes. The headlines that Spock had talked about etc.
