Episode Title: "Simple Ways"
Air Date: Feb. 8th, 2014

Summary: "Rarity is known around Ponyville for her confidence and class, both of which are lost when Trenderhoof, the world famous travel writer and apple of Rarity's eye, comes to town. So, when Trenderhoof's attention is drawn to Applejack, Rarity does the unexpected and begins to dress and act more like Applejack than herself, which ends up in a muddy mess."

Ruminations:
I have no idea what to expect from this episode, but for some reason I expect a lot of shipfics after this episode. :p
 
It should be a great episode for the RariJack folks, hence my comment on shipfics. :lol:
 
Sounds like Rarity has a crush on Trenderhoof...

Have there been any shipfics with Pinkie and Cheese yet?

10/10 for sexy AJ.

I hear Rarity was in this episode too, whatevs. Vaguely remember her trying to be a living mockery of AJ to her face and being a bitch again, ho hum.
 
Gave it an "A", pretty fun episode over all. Doesn't really add to the overall arc, but it was a pretty entertaining Rarity episode. Spike's face during Rarity's breakdown was wonderful.
 
Poor kid, he's friendzoned and he knows it!
Rarity sees Spike as Twilight's surrogate little brother and a little kid. I don't think she'll ever see him as anypony else.
 
I loved it! So many awesome faces, so much awesome Rarity and Applejack! Poor Spike is most assuredly friendzoned, and he knows it for sure, now. I wonder if we'll see any development from there. This is also the first time we've seen an episode focusing on one of the Mane Six having a crush on somepony.

I love Rarity and her EPs are always great however I wasn't feeling this one. :( Still a good EP.
