I don't know why I like this episode so much. It doesn't have space battles or anything like that.
But I think this is my favorite Stargate episode of all time.
Did they ever do a follow-up to this, saying what happened to all those colonists they rescued? Did they ever find the planet they were looking for? (I'm just guessing that SG could have located it, assuming that some of the ship's crew had access to a star chart.)
Also, that Sovereign was a piece of work. I could only imagine what the 'real' one was like. I love that bit where Daniel has 'been' the little boy for awhile, with his head in Frasier's lap, then the Sovereign takes over...
