For the first time in my life I'm taking fitness and working out real seriously. Started with a summer intensive chinese language program I was in for 8 weeks where my workouts would be the only thing keeping me sane.
Now it's been a few months and I've graduated to a super-stress workout that a buddy of mine has put me on. 4 times a week, one muscle group each day w/ about 6-8 exercises each of 3 sets, 8-12 reps each set. It's something like Ryan Reynolds' pre-Blade Trinity workout.
Kicking my exercising up this much has left me a little sore of late but I think it will be gone soon.
I was pretty decent already in build being 6 ft and 145 but a little on the scrawny side. I want to build some muscle (not like bulging or anything but enough to look fit).
I love endorphins so much! They keep me feeling great all day!
