From TV.com:

The team treats a professional bullfighter who is attacked by a bull. The team must determine the causes behind the patients disappearing symptoms and seizures while taking House's advice from outside the hospital as he attends to issues unrelated to the case. Meanwhile, Masters develops a crush on the patient.

House Medical Reviews

Not a bullfighter, it turns out, but a bullrider.

Kinda fun seeing House's version of "therapy." The "William Tell" hooker was my favorite -- really hot. But why was the music in that scene "In the Hall of the Mountain King" rather than something from William Tell?

Nice touch with the medical plot -- it wasn't the usual thing where the climactic moment is House's random epiphany that solves the case. Instead, they arrived at the solution through deductive reasoning, but it was a very dangerous solution, and the climax came from the urgency of Chase having to repair the bleed against the odds. That was a nice departure from the usual formula. Also, it was nice to see Chase actually serving a purpose for once.

Almost no way around that.

I guess they found that way.

I really liked this episode (Excellent) all of the elements seemed to be in the right place, House/Team, House/Wilson, House/Cuddy, House/Patient, POTW, Mystery, etc.

Well done. It also seemed we're back to the pre-Season 6 House which I'm fine with. Hell, in this episode I even really liked Masters!

My favorite hooker was the one House was sharing the tub with, the "William Tell" one didn't do much for me. (Sorry, Chris. ;))

I knew him jumping off the balcony wasn't going to lead to his death, I figured he'd either land and suffer heavy injury -making him the POTW next week- or, yeah, the pool.

Very, good episode. Everything in it worked. Yeah, it seems like we've erased pretty much everything that's happened the last couple of seasons but, whatever, it's TV. Let's keep riding this train. This was the first episode for a season and a half the felt like the show I fell in love with. Loved House brilliant idea of using the singing and the electronic metronome to test for seizures; and Masters crushing on POTW was sort-of cute. She didn't annoy me at all in this episode and, somehow, her wardrobe/hair/makeup looked good and for the first time since her introduction she actually struck me as attractive.

Again, Excellent episode.

It has now been 16 episodes without Thirteen, should things hold true to the past there's 8 episodes left this season. Bring back Thirteen!

Shit, I just wish a cute girl would show any active interest in me.

He seemed not sure who she was at the end, I was suspecting for a moment he'd have a touch of brain-damage and had forgotten who she is.

I was 100% convinced house was trying to off himself... obviously I knew he would live, but i figured he would be gravely injured and be solving cases out of a hospital room for the next few episodes and guilting Cuddy into taking him back.

The episode is a joke. Your aorta rips you are dead, it can't be fixed in 30 seconds. Ridiculous. I wish Chuddy died last week and House kills himself this week. End of show.

- I did think at first that House was contemplating suicide, but when he jumped, I totally knew that he'd land in a pool.

- I don't know who "William Tell" girl is. There were so many hookers.

Meanwhile, Masters develops a crush on the patient.
What? The preachy little wretch develops a crush for someone who murders innocent animals for "sport," and only after insuring that they're half dead before the fight even begins?

Those meek girls always go for the bad boys.

She explained it in the episode. Her prefrontal cortex caused her to be attracted to the evolutionary cues of masculinity and health.

I did research, if mine ruptures there is a 3-8% chance I'll live.

But is that the probability if it happens in normal circumstances? This is a situation where the patient was already on the operating table with his heart exposed, so there would be no delay in treating the rupture. Moreover, it was a situation where the operating surgeon expected the aortic rupture to happen and was already prepared to deal with it. Surely the probability of survival in that situation is much better than the probability if your aorta ruptures while you're walking along the street. Statistics are only as good as their context.

House even said lucky for him he will already be on the operating table with his chest open and a team ready to prepare...I presume in the 99.9% of cases thats not what happens thus leading to death ;)

Good episode though am back to my old feeling that this show is going to end with House's death.
