This week, by suggestion, is Kyle Chandler, the Emmy-nominated American actor who is probably best known here from the genre series, "Early Edition."
His first big break came with an 8 episode stint on "Tour of Duty," which led to him being cast in the 1940's drama, "Homefront." That series led him to being in the film Pure Country, and he also had a small role in Mullholland Falls.
However, it was being cast as Gary in the fantasy show "Early Edition" that made him a well-known name. After that show wrapped in 2000, he appeared in several short-lived TV shows and TV-moves, and received an Emmy nomination for his guest appearance on "Grey's Anatomy."
He also appeared in the military film, The Kingdom, and played movie star Bruce Baxter in PeterJackson's King Kong. Currently, he stars in as Coach Eric Taylor in the critically acclaimed series, "Friday Night Lights."
Known for his "boy-next-door" looks, he is usually cast as a soldier, cowboy or athlete. But is he a hunk? You be the judge.
(Personally speaking, he kinda creeps me out)
As always, feel free to share any photos of your own (as long as they are work-safe).
