Genre Hunk of the Week 4/22/08: David Boreanaz

First off, old business-- the results of the first 59 Genre Hunk contest are in. In the final poll, top vote-getters were:
1. Connor Trinneer, 16
2. Ben Browder, 13
3. Christian Bale, 11.

As there has been no activity on that thread in ages, I'll consider that poll officially CLOSED.
Now, for new business, as requested, this week's hunk is David Boreanaz. This part-Italian, part-Czech American actor got discovered in Hollywood while he was walking his dog. He appeared on shows like Married...with Children, Valentine and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. After the success on Buffy, he was given his own spin-off series, Angel . Currently, he stars as Special agent Seeley Booth in the Fox crime drama, Bones.

His other genre work includes the film, "The Crow: Wicked Prayer."

So, is this famous vampire your idea of a hunk?

I would say, yes. Angel was never one of my favorite characters, and Booth is not my favorite character on Bones, but they are both heroic. And the guy is definitely handsome and built, no doubt about that.

Can't get enough of Angel because no one does the sensual dark brooding thing as well as this guy.

I've actually not seen Bones, but it's on my wishlist at DeepDiscountDVD, and the chief reason is to watch David Boreanaz.

I never watched Angel or Buffy. I love him on Bones. Booth is a great character and/or Booth and Bones are great together.
