fanfiction.net ? no stats since September 15

I've sent a couple of emails to their support site, and have gotten nothing back. I've noticed that I am not getting review notice emails - though I have gotten some 'favorites' emails. There are rumors on line (reddit, etc) that say fanfiction.net is dead. Others say no, it's still being maintained, but with a limited staff. Does anyone have any news on this one way or the other?
I realize many fans prefer ArchiveOfOurOwn, and I have occasionally put some fiction up there. But I'll be sorry to see fanfiction.net become derelict. OTOH, if it isn't tracking stats or doing other creator services, it's sort of pointless to keep posting there.

I’m not an author, so I really can’t answer, but, like you, I hope it’s not going away. That would be a crime. I’m probably the only person who prefers ff.net to AO3, probably because it’s the first place I found TOS fanfic, so I spent a considerable amount of time there.

I'll miss it if it goes as it was my first place to read fanfic.
That said, I prefer ao3 now because of more tags - or at least when they're not overdone but if FF goes, then it will be a loss.
