DVD Buring Media Player HELP

trying to burn avi files to a dvd via media player but the files keep ending up in jumbled order. is there a way to make the list numerical or alphabetical?

Firstly, are you creating a data dvd with avi files on it, or authoring a dvd-player-compatible disc? Secondly, where are you getting the list that is jumbled?

putting videos in a file to play on my dvd player , jumbled after its recorded
