simple FOOD Question just something we were discussing in RearAdmirals lounge so yep..

this is a survey that never ends and you will be able to change your mind about crust years from now when you teeth no longer can chew crust

first off How far do you go?

pizza crust = 1
bread and toast crust = 2
potato skin/crust = 3
edges of burnt meat or bread = 4
add some more crust extremes here..
chewy crusty shell fish like nubs
the edge of cheese crust = 3.5
on and on...
crusty the clown's crust = a bigger number then I can type

so --- It has been a while since I have polled the misc but here goes...

Most Pizza Crust is a waste of enriched flour that has been bleached and "fortified with" niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid. Not to mention partially hydrogenated lard with BHA and BHT to Protect Flavor, and Wheat Starch...whatever that is.

I eat the pizza crust first, until there is just enough to still hold the slice by, then I eat the slice.

I sometimes eat the cheese crust, depends what the cheese is. I eat stilton crust.

Indeed. A decent loaf of bread has an excellent, tasty crust. And a proper crust is what turns a good pizza into a great one.

Only picky-preschoolers need the crusts cut-off.

I'm a 0. I hate crust. I don't like burnt, I don't like crunchy. I will eat pizza crust if it is stuffed crust, or if I have enough ranch to dip it in.

I hate bread crust so much. It's dry and makes me gag. Except for sourdough, everything about sourdough is perfect.
