Disney to Update ‘It’s a Small World’ Ride With New Lyrics

The new lyrics for "It's a Small World" will officially begin playing at the Disneyland ride starting July 17 for the park's 70th anniversary.

The new lyrics were first unveiled in the short film “The Last Verse” last November, with the verse reading: “Mother Earth unites us in heart and mind/and the love we give makes us humankind/Through our vast wondrous land/When we stand hand-in-hand/It’s a small world after all.”

I don't know if the new lyrics would bring more people to visit the Disney parks. It seems like such a minor thing in the scheme of things.

Also, it's not cheap to go to those Disney parks. Admission prices keep going up.
