Discovery Bridge

I used my Oculus and Quill to create a mock up of the bridge seen in the blurry screen shot of the production trailer. I have a hunch the blurry bridge shown was the Shenzou. Regardless, I threw in the captains chair and filled in the blanks. The scale and rail heights aren't perfect, but it was pretty fun to draw in a virtual space.

Could be reflecting the viewscreen?

Or even better, they could be going for the early USS Vengeance concept of an open, multi-level command centre.

This ship was built by Mon Calamari, so instead of a glass dome overhead there's a glass floor.

I assume the green thing is a control panel or table. Some flat surface table height. Green so they can add the visual graphic in post production. Green screen.

I'm having another go at it. It's still not perfect as within VR you are eyeing the lines. I made this to directly fit over the schematic that was in the background in the trailer. I think this is much closer to the dimensions. I'll work on duplicating the other half, filling in detail, and perhaps even uploading some video. The whole thing looks a lot cooler with the oculus headset on.

These dimensions should be a lot closer than my first run at it.
