AAAGGGGHHH! My eyes!

"Dexter" and his SISTER? :wtf:

OK, it's not that bad, and I'm happy for the new couple....but it does come off as a little...."weird."

From AP Wire story here
NEW YORK – They play brother and sister on "Dexter." Now in real life, Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter are husband and wife. Hall's spokesman, Craig Bankey, said on Friday that the couple eloped in California on New Year's Eve. They'll walk the red carpet together at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday — the first time publicly acknowledging their relationship.

What nice news. I think she is a fabulous actress, and he's pretty good as well. Nice couple.

For a moment I thought you were talking about Dexter and Dee Dee from Dexter's Laboratory. Which would've been interesting, since they were both voiced by women...

I thought he was already married. Turns out that ended in divorce, so time for round two. I wonder if they'll make an in-joke about this in the series?

This is nothing (it happens on soap opera sets all the time). But in the movie Kickboxing Academy, Chyler Leigh's character was the girlfriend of a character played by... her brother. And they had a couple makeout scenes.

Dexter must like his chicks a little on the manly side. I hope he checked her adam's apple before he got hitched.

Well, if you really want to confuse the actor with the role, his first major role was on "Six Feet Under," where he was gay. So, jumbling everything together, gay undertaker serial killer marries his mannish possessed half sister costar. ;)

Has Robot Chicken done a skit 'merging' the two Dexters? It seems a natural.

Creepy.

I mean, I get it that they are actors...but I'm not so sure I want to watch them kiss on any red carpets.

Not that that is the creepiest thing about Dexter getting married, I suppose.....

hang on a mintue, as much as I would like do some mock "OMG thats so gross" on this, I cant, since in the show he is her adoptive brother.
