Deela's costume?

Greetings,

This is my first post on here, so bear with me!
I'm currently attempting to re-create Deela's costume from episode 68, "Wink of an Eye" from Season 3 of Star Trek.

I can't find enough resources online to recreate this intriguing outfit, which is absolutely hot!
The costume is for a costuming theme Masque I'll be attending. We are to wear a favorite costume of our favorite sci-fi flicks (mine being of course, Star Trek). With all the fantastic costumes to choose from, this one really sticks to mind. Can anyone point me to a place where I might find some imagery for this? ...Or can anyone post some imagery from the episode with various angles of her?

I'd just get the DVD and do screengrabs on my computer. If you don't want to buy them, renting DVDs is easy thru Netflix, but maybe Blockbuster has TOS DVDs, too...I prefer Netflix since I know they have pretty much everything.

You know, I've never done that before!
Perhaps maybe I'll see what Netflix has and try that. This would really come in handy for many outfits I've wanted to recreate in the past. Thanks for the tip.

i remember there were some decent display pictures of her costume in the Art of Star Trek book from ten years ago.

also, as you are a new poster, i'd suggest you'd get better results by posting this in the Original Series forum...

I will look into the book. Any help is always useful when re-creating a costume from tv origin. Thank you for the tips...I'll be sure to add the post to the Original Series, too. Oh...any tips on making the image appear in the post? For some reason the forum html isn't working. Can I use tradition html in posting?

The code for posting picture in-post is disabled until you have a hundred posts (it's a security measure to prevent trolls from spamming us with porn, though a few slip through despite it).

Also, once that code is activated for you, make sure you only post images that are hosted on your own webspace. The mods frown on draining bandwidth from other sites.
