Breha Organa, Queen of Alderaan, and Adopted Mother of Princess Leia

We've seen quite a bit of Bail Organa, and he's gotten a fair amount of development, but I don't think we've ever really gotten much development for his wife, Breha Organa. She was the Queen of Alderaan, and the adopted mother of Leia, which I would think would make her a pretty big deal, but it seems like the few time's we've seen her, she's been little more than scenery. I even looked at her Wookieepedia page, and really doesn't seem to be a whole lot there.
Are there any books or comics that give her any significant amount of attention?

Leia: Princess of Alderaan, the YA novel that detailed the princess's teen years (inc. the intro of future General Amilyn Holdo), featured Breha quite a bit. In a Star Wars Adventures comic story 'So Much More,' Breha basically tells kid Leia straight up who her real mom was and what she was about. And the short story 'Eclipse,' in the ANH-set anthology From a Certain Point of View, shows us Breha and Bail's last tender moments before you-know-what happens to Alderaan...

I have all three of those in my reading list, so now I've got more of a reason to look forward to them.
