Anyone here more familiar with buying on xbox for PC?

I noticed I bought Rise Of The Tomb Raider on the store and am playing it on PC now but the version they sell is just the base game without the 20th year celebration pack. yet if you buy it on Steam you get that all included. Is there a reason the versions on the xbox store are sold bare bones?

I just checked the Xbox store and it says the base game isn't available separately, so it seems like people are currently stuck buying the 20th Year Celebration pack regardless of where they're buying it from.

That's changed then. I bought my copy in 2022 and it was just the base game no DLC
