The MCU continues with Agatha All Along, which is a spin-off to WandaVision, which was the first MCU entry to debut on Disney+. Like WandaVision, which paid tribute to a different sitcoms from different eras and every episode, Agatha All Along is said to pay tribute to different horror classics from throughout the years.

Agatha All Along premieres with a two episode drop on September 18th at 6:00 p.m. Pacific time 9:00 Eastern, with the final two episodes dropping on October 30th, the day before Halloween.

Really looking forward this, so far everything I've seen has looked great. I've been a big fan of Kathryn Hahn going back to her time on Crossing Jordan, so I'm glad to see her getting a lead role like this.

I cannot wait for this series. Like I said before, I haven't been this excited for a new MCU series since What If...?

It does always seem to be you or I who start the MCU threads, doesn't it?

Yeah, this one looks really good. I realize this show is a result of the "... and you get a show! and you get a show! and you get a show!" mentality that embraced Marvel Disney Plus productions for a while there, but I think this one is going to be really good. And I'm curious to see if we're going to get any hints or clues about a possible return for Wanda, who we all know didn't die on Mount Wundagore.

I suspect we'll get some kind of tease about Wanda's fate but I would be genuinely surprised if she appears (beyond flashbacks from stock footage). I don't expect to see Elizabeth Olsen again until the Vision show...and that's not until 2026.

I could maybe see a post credits scene in the finale with a hint at Wanda's return, or maybe even a quick cameo, but I can't see her showing up in the main body of the show. This is supposed to be Agatha's show, and Wanda showing up would just be a distraction from her.

Oh, I agree. I wasn't talking about an actual return. As I said, I was thinking about hints or clues, essentially foreshadowing of any kind.

I doubt we would even get a hint. Wanda's return in Vision would be a huge surprise moment. Is Vision going to be released before Secret Wars?

I finished my rewatch of WandaVision this evening (still stands strong, especially episode 8!) and I'm ready for Agatha All Along...

...sadly, I'm working all day of Wednesday so I'm not sure when I'll get to the first two episodes, which is frustrating as hell.

Yeah, it'd be the way people assumed Strange would turn up at the end of WandaVision which again would have detracted somewhat from Wanda and Vision's story.

I hadn't plan on it initially but I decided to watch Multiverse of Madness as part of my prep. I doubt it'll have any direct connections with this show, but one thing stood out to me that I don't think I noticed before. At one point, Christine tells the Souls of the Damned to go back to Hell, which naturally made me think of Mephisto. And of course, we all know the ongoing gag about Mephisto pulling the strings will lurk over this show just as it did with WandaVision (Reminder: I already said Aubrey Plaza is actually Mephisto who is actually Lenny from Legion. Anything is possible!).

But to be clear, I don't actually think Mephisto will have any involvement in this series. Just a curious and probably unintentional moment in that film.
