a young Bruce Greenwood...

srombomb

Lieutenant
Red Shirt
Been watching Larry Sanders best of dvd, and Bruce Greenwood plays some young, cocky network exec.

Even looking a lot younger in this, he could have still played the role of Pike at the same age.

Such an overlooked actor. I don't think many realize he played JFK in Thirteen days.

I didn't realise it was him in Thirteen Days until the final credits, and I saw that only a few weeks after XI came out.

Nowhere Man, starring Bruce, is a phenominal series. Only 1 season (which aired right after Voyager on UPN during it's first season). But it's on DVD, and I'd highly recommend checking it out. It's a mixture of The Prisoner and the Incredible Hulk, in my opinion.

The first film I ever saw Bruce Greenwood in was a low budget T&A flick from 1987 called "The Malibu Bikini Shop". He plays a womanizing surfer dude. and he's blond.

I was watching I Robot recently and one guy was driving me crazy because I knew he was familiar but just couldn't place him until his name came up on the credits!

Agreed. If they want to do a TV series, I'd like to see them base it on Greenwood as Pike. I know I'm dreaming, but after the big movie, anything can happen.:bolian:

My fave Bruce Greenwood performances are still in Atom Egoyans Exotica and The Sweet Hereafter. He'll just break your heart, he's so good.

I've loved this guy for a long time, so it was quite a thrill to see him in XI.

The Nowhere Man is a kick, but not too deep:lol:

The first thing I ever saw Bruce Greenwood in was an episode of "Road to Avonlea" in the mid-90s. He played a mysterious drifter who came to Avonlea, and he gave an incredible performance; a very intriguing and sympathetic character. Even though it was probably more than a decade ago (probably closer to 15), his performance stuck with me all these years. I was thrilled to see it was him in STXI.
