Like many of us, I've seen a concept art pieces for this animated attempt at "Doctor Who" and some general comments that it withered during development h3ll. But this is a surprisingly comprehensive video essay about that ill fated project, how it started as quite faithful to the original series, but started to go off the rails when a new developer was hired and the toy company Tyco started to have considerable influence upon the project.

What I really enjoyed was seeing "new" pieces of concept art, drawings that certainly appear as though they were sketched around the same time and matched the others, but I have never before seen.

I don't have half an hour at the moment, so did he do original research or get it all out of the latest issue of Vworp Vworp? They not only had a lot of new info, they even produced an audio of an animated episode script.

The presenter openly states the bulk of the information came from "Vworp Vworp", showing a picture of the cover and mentioning the audio adaptation.

Seriously, every Doctor Who fan with an interest in the comics or art should be buying 'Vworp Vworp'. For something that's technically a fanzine they have higher production values than most professional magazines.
