Who's Going To Creation's Las Vegas Convention?

Got my tix today!!!

Woooooooooooooooooo!!!!

Let me reiterate, in case my last statement was unclear:

Wooooooooooooooooooo!!!

I got a question for anyone who has attended Creation Vegas before. I have the gold ticket and my reserved seat is Row G, seat 27. How good is that, (besides not being in Row Z? :)

don't know if it's the right one, but found a seating chart!
I think that is where Barry Manilow et.al. perform. The forums are going to be in the Barron room. (You can see the layout of the convention facilities by going to http://www.lvhilton.com/meetings/maps.shtml

ETA: The point of my question is are there multiple rows within the lettering? For instance Row A is the front row; AA is second row; B is third row; BB is fourth... etc. I just want to know if G row is actually the seventh row.

Well, I got a reply from Ed Rodriguez who handles the photo ops saying I can take my invoices with me to show that I did purchase these photo ops. I have to see him at the photo ops area to show him.

My husband and I got our tix on Thursday! Now we're just waiting on the photo ops with Avery Brooks and Jeffrey Combs. We'll only be attending on Saturday. This is our first convention and we are so excited.

Number6! I love your avatar and quotes. The husband and I have just discovered The Prisoner. We have about 5 episodes left and it's a brilliant show. Patrick McGoohan kicks ass! Be seeing you!

If the seats is the same as in past years, you will be in row 7...probably in the center section. Excellent seating...
I gave up my gold seats last year since I am not attending this year.
The Thursday night dinner at the Experience will be fabulous with the Enterprise fellas. They are just about the best entertainment at the con.
Make sure you go through BOTH Experiences...the Klingon AND the Borg. You can go through as many times as you like. If you go upstairs you are more likely to find somewhere to sit.
I actually like the food at the Buffet at the Hilton.
Servings are generous at Quarks. The drink of preference is the Warp Core Breach; it is definitely for sharing.
Taking a monorail from the Hilton to other hotels is definitely the way to travel in Las Vegas, I think. The monorail entrance is right outside the area of Quark's Bar, and one of the cars is Star Trek themed.

Yay! My roommate got her gold ticket a couple of weeks after I did, in fact they sold out a couple of days later... any idea how many rows gold ticket seats go back? (or perhaps, someone knows how far back the captain tickets seats start?

ETA: I'm vertically challenged. Are the seats on a flat floor? Am I going to have trouble seeing the stage?

Gold seats used to be through row L or M, I believe. Then there is a wide aisle for walking that separates the Gold from Captain's chairs. I don't know how far back the Captain Chairs go.

My wife and I are already starting to pack :rommie:

Hey, there! I hope you win the costume contest again this year! I hope your family wins a group prize, too.
As you may have guessed, we are not going, but I'll be rooting for you in spirit!!! Good luck!

Thanks, I'll let her know.
We got our tickets today!! Yaay! And we're H-89 and 90. Thanks for all the useful info! Too bad they don't have a seating chart on the site. But as long as we're not Z, I suppose... ;) lol

I've never been to a convention with Dom and Anthony, tho' everything I've heard is that they're both great to meet.
Thanks for the tips... Helps to have some guidance when you're going to Creation for the first time... God help us, they announced a couple of days ago that they sold 10,000!!!! tickets. Glad I have a room at the Hilton.

Thanks, DeeDee! I've been working on upgrading my Borg costume for about the past three weeks, and I've added a couple of surprises this year... I'll send you some photos :-)

Grrr. I got my Bingo ticket I ordered a couple weeks ago but have not yet received my Gold ticket I purchased early January. According to my receipt I have a Gold Weekend Pass O58. I'm guessing that is Row O seat 58. If so, they must have increased the number of rows alloted to gold.

By the way, 10,000 is not so bad. I read that in past years they sold 15,000.

By looking at the schedule, will there be time to experience both rides at the Experience and see the guest that will be there?
