What loose ends would you like to see taken up?

There are hundreds of them from all the series. Here's what comes to mind.
1. Was Apollo a Q? What happened with Caroline Palamas baby? Was it Scotty's or Apollos?
If Apollos then she gave birth to a demigod like the Greek ladies of mythology.
2. Since Spock goes through the mating cycle and marriage is logical and Saavik left in anger after a disagreement about the Klingons. Whom does Spock marry?
3. Did Korby give Chapel anything to take with her from Exo III? There was a period of presumably a few hours at least when Chapel and Korby were alone together when Kirk was imprisoned in the room. Did Korby give her the files on the Androids?

Not really a loose end but...all the stuff they pulled off the NCC-1701 for the refit, where did that go? If you go by the metaphor of the broom, the NCC-1701 was still the thing that pulled out of drydock to go meet V'Ger. But if you take all that leftover stuff and combine it with some other leftover stuff from other ships, at some point could there be another broom flying around somewhere labelled NCC-1701?

phooey. The Harry Kim that Starfleet trained died in the line of duty after he was blown out into space because of a hull breach (Deadlock). Starfleet doesn't owe the doppleganger that replaced him jack and that Kim was lucky he was still alive.

They TOTALLY should do that. The Doc is one of several VOY characters whose fate remains unresolved.

By my reckoning, a character is a loose end unless they are either dead, or have reached a happy ending and shouldn't be disturbed further. So, I count both the Jurati Borg collective and the Voyager crew (save Janeway, Chakotay, Paris, Tuvok, and possibly Neelix) as potential loose ends.
