I thought it went a long way
what was pretty much the punchline of a punchline of a punchline,
    the "NOOOOO!" was funny. Kinda.

    That was awesome! :techman:

    My favorite part...
Kirk: "Okay, I've got an idea... Computer, I want you to shut down all the lens flare generators."
    Computer: "Lens flare generators deactivated."
    Spock: "Fascinating..."
    Kirk: "That's better."
Spock: "... I was unaware that we had that."
Kirk: "It's nice, right? I mean who designs a starship where light shine right into your eyes from virtually every angle."

The funny part is that it could actually be a legitimate alternate ending towards the last part. Kirk's little speech about being "Explorers" was rather heart warming and this idea of a ship lost in time has been suggested before for a new Star Trek television series

Loved it, would've been nice if the real movie ended in a similar way, the black/wormhole placing them in the correct time/universe for the movie series to continue without being "in another universe"(an inventive reset button?) or just simply put them in a distant part of the galaxy.

Of course, my "how it should have ended" thoughts ended when the DS blew up the Enterprise, but the parody was still a riot. Loved the "Lens Flare" gag.

I like these guys, but an awful lot of their videos end with some variation of "and then it just blows up anyway" or "of course instead of winning he's killed." It's not that funny after a while.

They did a good LOTR thing, though. And their Avatar was good at picking up on a sort-of-dangling plot thread.

They borrowed a bit from Galaxy Quest here, didn't they...

I did like the "turn off the lens flare generator" gag.

I thought it witty and funny. The lens flare bit was hilarious, also Scotty changing shirts. I was ready to be unhappy when they blew it up, then the real ending made me happy again.
