Hmm... Andrew Duggan as Captain Kirk?

And do I see a hint of John Hurt in McCoy?

Hehe, this really is pretty funny. I feel bad for the sculptors who did these.

The original crew looks cool and collected, Picard on the other hand is breaking a sweat!

Kirk: "How many lights do you see Picard?"
Picard: "Four, I see four lights ..."

Not the best likenesses. The bridge looks cool though.
McCoy's hair piece looks worse than than any of them

I like 1st season Kirk best too, but I really don't care that much which version they put in wax as long as they went for "real" Kirk!

I think the figure looks great.
Yeah, I saw that post on the news section of this site. I think its pretty cool they did a wax of Kirk. To me it doesn't matter if its Kirk from TOS or the movies as long as Kirk is there! Kirk I think was the best Captain than any other Captain in Star Trek, and he desreved that. So I'm very happy about that.

The TOS Kirk has a FAT double chin! O_O And for some reason he actually looks older as Shatner today...

How did McCoy get Chekov's hair? Transporter accident?

And is that a young William Devane in the red shirt?

It was in the "Palace of Wax & Ripley's Believe it of Not" in Grand Prairie, TX.

http://grandprairie.ripleys.com/

This particular display is a bit of an anomaly since just about all of the other wax sculptures there look pretty dead on. I can only assume they got them for cheap from an outside source (which might explain why Picard is inexplicably standing there).

The bridge diorama characters don't look bad, except for Shatner, who more closely resembles Bruce Campbell.
