"Good Soldiers"- The Enterprise is called in support of a MACO detachment currently battling Reman shock troopers on the world of T'Mhan. Taking a shuttle down to the planet Phlox, Reed and Mayweather find a battle weary, paranoid and disillusioned group of soldiers. The T'Mhan village is partially destroyed and the T'Mhani are fearful of the MACOs. The MACO in charge is Lt. Chang, who once served on the Enterprise. The MACOs and the T'Mhan seem to be hiding something. Mayweather stumbles upon a mass grave of T'Mhani outside of the village. All victims of particle rifle fire. The Enterprise crew are of mixed opinions on what happened. Reed supports the MACO version of events. Phlox believes the T'Mhani. Where does the truth lie?
Above T'Mhan, the Enterprise has to deal with a Romulan ship that has cut off access to the planet.

    "Leaves of Grass"
    Follow up to "Good Soldiers"
The Romulan ship Vinsax has been tasked to deliver fresh Reman troops to a back water world of T'Mhan, the ship commander, Pamor isn't to enthused as the world of T'Mhan isn't even involved with the Earthers, and sees this as a milk run. She would rather be on the front lines. Upon reaching orbit, Pamor see's an Earth ship, and scans of the planet indicate humans on the world, she is ecstatic. She orders the shuttles to drop off the Remans as she goes on the offensive against the Earth ship.
On the drop shuttle Reman soldier Dalone is generally in a happy mood, like most of his compatriots on this mission. Any day not in a Reman mine is a good day, add to the fact of taking out frustrations on whomever the Romulans deem is an added plus. Now once more to fight.

"Rivers of T'Mhan" -In the teaser Reed, Phlox and Mayweather are about to take Chang, who has been implicated in the T'Mhani massacre, to their shuttle pod when the shuttle explodes. Chang declares this is proof of T'Mhani collaboration with the Romulans.
Reed comes up with a new plan to transport Chang to their destination, a MACO command center up river from the village. The Enterprise trio along with a small squad of MACOs and two T'Mhani guides board a T'Mhani rivercraft for the journey through rivers, swamps and Reman held territory. One of the guides is a young woman Phlox has befriended. The journey is of course perilous as they must contend with Reman snipers, serpent fish, disease and an increasingly paranoid Chang.
Both Reed and Chang are taken ill and Phlox must work with his T'Mhani friend to find a cure. Mayweather must take command of the MACO squad who don't quite trust or respect him, since he is young and Starfleet.
Above T'Mhani, Archer and his Romulan opposite number Pamor, try to discover why there is an interest in the T'Mhani system. The only clue is large deposits of Palliumite on T'Mhani's moon. Pamor discovers this is an element key to Romulus's research into cloaking technology. Which sadly leads to her assassination by an Imperial Political Officer assigned to her ship. The IPO takes command of the ship and destroys the research outpost on the moon, recalls the Reman troops on the planet and then self destructs.
Planetside Phlox, Reed and Mayweather make it to the MACO command center. Chang has died of the illness, but not before confessing that he bribed one of his men to sabotage the shuttle.

The Enterprise is over Denobula, during a sport championship game, that resembles water polo. Archer and Hoshi attends a game. Trip freak outs when it turns out the woman hitting on him in a bar is one of the Denobulan Chancellor's wives, which Phlox found very amusing especially after telling him he has to sleep with her or it'd upset the Chancellor.

"The Blight of Andoria" - When the Enterprise is gifted several plants found across Andoria by an Andorian botanist, the crew quickly become sick because of a type of pathogen that is invisible to sensors. When Phlox discovers that the pathogen is used in Andorian mutagenic and transgenic weapons that have been used on Vulcans, Tellarites and Coridanites in the past, the crew returns to Andoria for an explanation, as well as for a vaccine. They find out that the botanist infected the crew on purpose, in the hopes to show a growing Andorian anti-vaxxer movement – which loosely translates to “The Blight”, according to Hoshi - that vaccines are acceptable and safe to use. Archer manages to obtain the vaccine for his crew and to convince the Andorian government to consider outlawing their various mutagenic and transgenic weapons.

Meanwhile T’Pol is in communications with Doctor Lucas on Cold Station 12 while studying the mutagenic pathogen from Weytahn, after reports that it has been used on several United Earth mining outposts.

"Buck Bokai’s Autograph”- While on leave on Wrigley's Pleasure Planet- Reed, Trip and Travis attended a Collectibles convention. Mayweather is after several "lost episodes" of an old 21st Century TV show, he was "hooked on" while on the Horizon called Galactic Odyssey. He winds up in a cosplay contest as the main character "Captain Ulysses Troy" whom he closely resembles. . Reed gets involved in a bidding war for an autographed Buck Bokai rookie card (Who knew Reed was a baseball fan?) Which places him in dire straights with an Orion gang. Trip searches for a first edition of the Analects of Surak as a gift for T'Pol. This leads him to a reading given by Cardassian poet Iloja of Prim, who requests asylum.
On the Enterprise Archer tries to relax watching water polo games only to find his chief engineer has sparked a diplomatic crisis, his armory officer has been kidnapped by Orions and his navigator has become a minor celebrity.

"Sky's the Limit" - Enterprise NX-01 is called to respond to an environmental crisis at Vega Colony that results in the planet's atmosphere being bombarded by an extremely hazardous solar radiation cascade that begins to break down the oxygen and nitrogen molecules in the air, threatening the survivability of one of Earth's oldest and largest extrasolar colonies. Chief Engineer Tucker works to construct an air filtration system for the colony that can protect colonists if the worst case scenario happens while T'Pol reveals that Vulcan science has a way to introduce aerosols into a planetary atmosphere to repair damage from solar causes but the reluctance of the Vulcan High Command to share certain technologies with Earth and its Starfleet leads Captain Archer into butting heads with a very uncooperative Ambassador Soval.

"In Omnia Paratus" (title shared by the motto of Ronie Kendig's "Discarded Heroes" series) - NX-01 is transporting parts for an early warning system monitor beacon, the first of its kind to be deployed in a region that is strategically close to many potential entry points for enemy powers. Hoshi becomes suspicious when a glance at the programming suggests it's actually intended for offensive purposes/espionage beyond its purview. She confesses her concerns to Archer, who must decide whether to deploy or destroy the device. Meanwhile, Reed conducts training exercises for 6 newer crew members, but is dogged by one in particular who questions his methods.

"Crystal Clear" - While crystalizing dilithium with a new state-of-the-art device, the accident transforms both Trip and Kelby into crystalline lifeforms. As Phlox works around the clock to reverse the accident, Trip and Kelby take the time to address their philosophical differences in approach to engineering and to life. Trip ends up seeing a younger self in Kelby, and Kelby ends up seeing the person he wants to become in Trip.

“Xylathoric Acid”- In the teaser the Enterprise is shown being buffeted by asteroids as it makes its way through an asteroid field. On the bridge there is the usual patter about hull plating levels going down and damage being inflicted. Things look pretty dire as we cut away.
As the episode proper opens the Enterprise limps into the "dry dock" facility at Deneva Colony. The ship has to go through a decontamination procedure that cleans the hull at a molecular level stripping away any contaminates. The process involves xylathoric acid.
Having some downtime the crew explores the sites of Deneva, led by Travis who has visited many times while with the Earth Cargo Service. The biggest "attraction" is the Deneva Shipyards where the DLS project is underway. The project is the next generation of cargo ship equipped with Warp 7 engines. The head of the project is Professor Fatima Al Fasil who knows Trip and Archer and worked with Henry Archer on the Warp 5 Project.
Mayweather is quite impressed with the DLS ships. The ships have reconfigurable cargo spaces that can accommodate people, equipment and supplies with ease. The controls are state of the art and the Warp 7 engines will make the NX-Class obsolete in a few years. The first DLS-classes are slated to replace the Earth Cargo Service's aging fleet. The DLS-176 is to become the new ECS Horizon, the Mayweather family's ship.
Trip and Archer catch up with Prof. Al Fasil. After Archer's father died, the professor became like a second mother to Archer. Eventually, frustrated with Vulcan interference and obstruction, Fatima left Warp 5 program and accepted a teaching position at Georgia Tech. At Georgia Tech she became Trip's instructor, mentor and faculty advisor. She was also very disappointed when he joined Starfleet and the NX program. Fatima is also cold, dismissive and even rude towards T'Pol. Fatima still harbors resentment towards Vulcans for stymieing Human advancement. Including her own research at Georgia Tech.
Much like the ship being "stripped bare" Archer, T'Pol and Mayweather must face parts of their pasts now laid bare. For Archer it's his own past resentment and anger towards Vulcans. For T'Pol its her part in holding back human development. For Mayweather it's guilt over leaving the ECS and Horizon for Starfleet. He considers rejoining his family on then new Horizon. Trip has to reconcile his feelings for T'Pol and his friendship with Fatima.

"A Lie Worth Living" - NX-01 hosts a prominent scientist who has made a breakthrough in her field and is about to receive a reward. Accidentally, T'Pol discovers that the scientist has been living as a human for years, having been sneaked onto Earth after she was about to be executed on her homeworld for seeking forbidden knowledge, and made to look Human to hide from her people, who don't believe her caste worthy of science. Further, she is from a planet that Earth doesn't wish to interfere with for reasons, which would also prohibit her discovery from being usable by Earth due to the tentative agreement they have between worlds. She has changed her human ID multiple times - her rescuer and now handler was a Starfleet officer who helped her hide as though in witness protection. T'Pol must decide whether or how to help her escape, possibly in obscurity, and what to do about her scientific discovery.

The Enterprise is on the way to Kelrinda 4, on the ship they are transporting the music group Starlet Seaker from Telar Prime to Kelrinda, along with there entourage. There manager, a Vulcan named S'rah tries his best to keep things in line and tabs on his group, but Archer has given them free run of the ship as they'll be on it for 6 days.
Trip, Reed, and Mayweather have never seen Telerite females as they usually stay on Tellar Prime, and they find out that as opposed to the men, there quite beautiful, and not as atagonistic..
The ship continues along, but T'pol starts noticing S'rahs odd temperment, some more non subtle emotional outburst when dealing with the group.
Is S'rah and the group who they say the are?

In the end, no not really, S'rah is a romulan spy thats is going around with the group to spy on different planets, but is getting fed up with the group. nearly breaking cover.

It is, but I didn't like where the Maylon come in, I want the whole episode just the crew finding things to pass the time, some introspection like Janeway, some hobbys, just a bit of slice of life episode.

"The Coming of the Nova" - Archer is disturbed when an alien prophet effusively predicts that doom will accompany the return of a 20 years lost Starfleet ship that NX-01 is rendezvousing with (as per the alien's species' holy scripture), taking over as its honor escort from an Andorian ship. When the crew of the Andorian ship fall ill with a mysterious plague, there's a burning question - is it a curse, or sabotage? The answer may lie in a sealed book carried by the prophet which has never been translated.

"White Elephants" - Trip is given a gift by Kriosian courier from Kaitaama – now the First Monarch of Krios - who wished to express gratitude from many years ago. However, the gift – an animal from Krios which hold great significance to their culture - does not seem to be very beneficial to Trip or the rest of the crew, not to mention is perpetually hungry. To make matters more difficult, the animal had bonded with Trip, meaning they cannot hand the animal off to another world to care for it without losing Trip as well.

Meanwhile, Archer - supported by other NX class captains - gets into an argument with Starfleet brass when they want to shut down the NX Project, deeming it too expensive to continue and has outlived its usefulness.

“Hurt or Heal” - Phlox is faced with a conundrum when he resolves the medical issues of the unconscious Oifa crew of a badly damaged small craft. The Oifa are a species that place great stock in bearing up under suffering, overcoming challenges, etc. Their newly healed compatriots are now outcasts among their people. The crew themselves are divided - some of them are overjoyed to be able to live without pain, while others demand to have their infirmity and identity as Oifa restored. Among them, a woman who seeks refuge from her husband for herself and their daughter, as she wants them to live in health, while her husband wants them to belong and be ill. NX-01's crew debate the issue themselves, including Trip and T'Pol, who question what makes you a member of your people group - shared origin, experience, etc.

“Left Field” - The teaser opens with the Enterprise in battle with a Romulan Bird of Prey. The ships exchange weapons fire. The camera zooms in, but not on the Enterprise but on the RSE Praetor’s Talon. We desolve into the Romulan bridge. In the center seats are Commander S'Zar (John Billingsly) and at his side is political officer Sub-Commander Rael (Scott Bakula). S'Zar scowls as the Earth ship evades the Romulan disruptor beams. At helm the pilot, Lt. Valdor (Connor Trinner) feels the heat of his commander's stare. he turn and mention the skill of the human pilot, This earns him a rebuke from Rael. S'zar then turns to weapons officer Sh' ar (Linda Park) a Romulan-Reman hybrid asking for a weapons lock. She affirms the lock and fires, The disruptors hit the Earth ship which shakes and begins to vent plasma.
We cut to the opening which feature the Praetor's Talon and credits in Romulan script.
When we return we are in the Romulan conference room. In addition S'Zar and Rael, seated at the table are Lorn (Jolene Blalock) the Chief Engineer, T'Mak (Dominic Keating) the medical officer and Phaedor (Anthony Montgomery) the science officer. They discuss the Earth ship. Lorn reports on its current state. Phaedor comments on its primitive nature. Dr. T'Mak gives a status report ion the crew. Rael finds Valdor's admiration of the humans worrisome. He's also suspicious of Sh' ar, he finds hybrids distasteful and Remans to be beasts. S'Zar cautions Rael, he knows Sh' ar's Romulan family has the ear of the Praetor, Rael smirks, he feels the Tal Shiar is beyond the reproach of the Praetor. The Praetor serves at the behest of the Tal Shiar. This shocks the others.
From the bridge, Valdor informs the commander that the Earth ship has slipped into a nebula and sensors have lost them. Rael uses this to question Valdor's competence and loyalty.
As the search for the Earth ship intensifies so do the divisions in the crew. Lorn has her hands full on the lower decks as the Reman laborers, who are raised to see the Praetor as semi-divine, are getting rebellious. Lashing out at those they suspect of Tal Shiar ties. Rael and his operatives continue to harass Valdor, Sh' ar and others. S'Zar is caught in the middle and tries to concentrate with Phaedor orn finding the Earth ship. In the Sick Bay Dr. T'Mak has trouble keeping the two sides from fighting while treating their injuries from previous run ins.
Things come to a head when Rael tries to arrest Sh' ar and the Remans sabotage the singularity drive. As the Enterprise leaves the nebula they watch as the Praetor's Talon implodes.

"Cry Havoc" - After defeating an alien ship in a firefight, the crew of NX-01 is required to loot it, as per the alien races' customs. Trip leads a scouting party looking for usable materials, and while befriending a member of the ship's engineering staff, who is acting as his guide, attempts to select a particular piece to be incorporated into NX-01's repairs (it's also a custom to take one particular piece of the conquered ship and fix yours with it, marking it as salvaged from those you defeated). Meanwhile, Archer negotiates the terms under which the ship's crew will be allowed to be re-patriated.

"The Narrowing" In an area of sub-space called "The Narrows", Mayweather's piloting skills are put to the test in the region's difficult properties. A ship has to follow a narrow path and to stray from it is to risk destruction.
Because of the unique properties the ship has to operate on lower power for everything except the engines. This has caused the crew to be on edge, including Mayweather who's wondering if he's up to the task. A friend of his died in the Narrows while piloting an Earth Cargo Ship with all hands lost.
Trip is keeping a close watch on engines to make sure all levels are optimum, one deviation could doom the ship. Malcom and Phlox have their hands full with crewmembers reacting to the stress. Even Archer and T'Pol are feeling the pressure.
When a slight miscalculation puts the ship at risk, Archer has to step in and take the helm from Mayweather, who's confidence is shattered. As the crew works frantically to repair the ship, Mayweather is given the cold shoulder. Archer knows Mayweather isn't truly to blame and tries to persuade Mayweather to take the helm again. He gets resistance from Trip and T'Pol. Phlox is on his side as is Hoshi and Malcom. The debate is rendered moot when the bridge crew is rendered unconscious by a coolant leak floods the deck. Mayweather is forced to take the conn and saves the ship getting them out of the Narrows.
