Where does that corridor (on the bridge) go?

Well, yeah, I imagine anyone connected with the production was answering a question about where that corridor went IRL, not where it led on the ship.

As I mentioned upthread there is no mystery that the mess hall was on Deck Two canonically. Referred to constantly as such in onscreen dialogue.

No. I mean the guy from the behind the scenes you mentioned might have meant it was a corridor leading to the Mess Hall set directly. It doesn't matter if it doesn't match the deck plan I linked.

My first guess would be straight to the shuttle and photon torpedo building slave pits, but alas, we never got a scene with someone being dragged off, begging to not be brought there, so we can't know for certain.

The same place the secondary exits from Janeway's Ready Room and the Conference room lead to...Plotspace

We know from "Twisted" that there is a cargo hold directly behind the bridge and in a season one episode, I can't remember which one, we see a schematic of deck one and it shows a little of what lies behind the bridge.

The "Elite Force" game allows to roam the ship, but unfortunately all doors that do not lead to the scripted game path are closed.
